Set up your contracting profile with our core carriers

Do this ASAP. SureLC initiates your contracting with our core carriers on the back end while you're training. Your writing numbers will arrive by email as they come in — keep an eye out.

Log into Quility HQ, click the grid icon (⊞) in the top left, then select Navigator.
Your Quility HQ login credentials were sent in your Welcome Email from Symmetry (from hq@quility.com). Check that email for your username and temporary password.

Complete the Navigator Certification course — 4 modules, ~25 min.
Switchboard Funnel is where you'll manage leads, run product recommendations, and guide clients through the process. Get signed up and complete the training before your first appointment.

As a new agent you start on what we call bonus leads — older leads that have not yet been resolved. This lets you start your business and stay profitable from the beginning while you build your skills. Investment as a new agent looks like $150–$250/week. As you book your first appointments and make your first sales, we scale from there.

Commit to investing in your business for 8 weeks straight — starting small and scaling as you grow. Follow the ramp-up below, invest enough, and do enough for 8 straight weeks. Total investment over 8 weeks is ~$2,570.
